How do I place an order?

To place an order, please use our secure on-line shopping basket. This area is secured using 128-bit SSL encryption which will encrypt sensitive information passed between the web browser and the web site. You can feel secure using our site.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

Sales tax:

We only collect sales tax on items that are purchased in Washington state. Sales tax rules for Washington changed on July 1 2008, and sales tax is now calculated based on the destination of the shipment or delivery. The shopping cart automatically makes these calculations for you based on your zip code.

Returns and exchanges:

Stylish Gift Boutique is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. We are happy to exchange or credit your credit card if your merchandise is returned within 15 days from the date of your purchase.

Please email us at customerservice@stylishgiftboutique.com for a return authorization number. You will need to write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or credits for shipping and/or handling charges. After 15 days, all sales are final.

Stylish Gift Boutique asks that you return the item in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.

Many of our products are custom made or personalized. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. Please check the personalization information you enter when ordering for correct spelling and that monogram information is in the correct order.

Shipping and delivery information:

Our products are shipped ground. We will ship most items to arrive within 10 - 14 days. However, our personalized gifts will take longer to ship as they are custom made for you. When you place your order we will notify you how long we expect it to take for delivery. We will then also notify you again when your order is shipped. Some items might take up to four weeks for the personalization process.
